Submerged ultrafiltration is a new application of ultrafiltration membranes. The principle is that the membrane module is directly immersed in the water body (membrane pool) to be treated, and the water and soluble small molecules are filtered out from the water body of the membrane pool through the membrane module to achieve negative pressure by pumping.

From raw material procurement to delivery, there are 24 processes to ensure product quality throughout the entire process. From raw material mixing reaction time, reaction temperature, film silk production, hole forming reaction temperature, wire production rate, soaking, dehydration and other aspects are based on digital and networked control, to ensure the precise control of the membrane hole accuracy, quantity, strength, toughness and resistance of each membrane filament.
